Beautopedia – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders for Beautopedia are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivered in 1-2 business days.

3. International Shipping (Europe)

We offer international shipping to most European countries. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimate: 5-10 business days (subject to customs clearance).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Beautopedia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Since we ship from the UK, European customers may be required to pay import VAT and handling fees upon delivery.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Due to the nature of our products (liquids and sealed personal care items), we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical address to ensure safe delivery.

6. Damages and Issues

Beautopedia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Refunds and Returns

As per our Refund Policy, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for personal care goods, sealed liquids, or bottles once the protective seal has been broken. If your order arrives incorrect or defective, please contact us at info@beautopedia.com
